The Flyers hold a commanding 3-0 lead in their Eastern Conference quarterfinal series against Sidney Crosby and the Penguins, and as a result they’ve moved up from 14/1 to 4/1 odds to win the Stanley Cup this spring at Bodog.

The Phoenix Coyotes captured their first ever Pacific Division title this season, but it doesn’t mean a whole lot to the oddsmakers at Bodog.ca who have listed them as series underdogs versus the Chicago Blackhawks.
The Coyotes are a +110 underdog in the series at Bodog.ca, while Chicago, who actually won three more game than Phoenix and had four more points are a -130 favorite.
The San Jose Sharks may have caught fire down the stretch to ensure they made it into the postseason, but they may have drawn the wrong first round opponent if they hope to end their playoff curse.
Maybe being the underdog will change the Sharks fate? San Jose is a first round underdog for the first time in a long time at +140 at Bodog.ca, while the Blues are a -160 favorite.
The Predators are slim favorites against the Red Wings at Bodog.ca, checking in at -115 on the latest series odds. Detroit isn’t far behind either at -105.
The Predators and Red Wings split the season series with three wins apiece, but Nashville won the last two matchups, including a hard to come by 4-1 win in Detroit.
If you like a lot goals, you will be disappointed with this series.
The Canucks and Kings meet up in a first round series that will likely be determined by how good, or bad one sides goal tending is. During the regular season the Canucks and Kings clashed four times, splitting the season-series 2-2. In those four games goals were at a premium with 16 goals scored total and the Under going 1-0-3.

This may be the best series in the opening round. The Penguins and Flyers don’t like each other and the bad blood could boil over in a seven-game series.
The Penguins and Flyers met up to close out the regular season last week, but don’t take too much from the Penguins 4-2 win in that contest. The Flyers rested both their top scorer, Claude Giroux, and their starting goalie, Ilya Bryzgalov, in that game.

The Florida Panthers are back in the playoffs for the first time in more than a decade but not many people are giving them much of a chance to go very far in the postseason.
The Panthers may be the No. 3 seed in the East after winning the Southeast division but they’re a +165 series underdog versus New Jersey at Bodog.ca. The Devils, who actually finished with 10 more wins and eight more points than Florida are a -190 series favorite.
The Washington Capitals haven’t been able to deliver in the postseason as the favorite in recent years. Now we’ll get to see if they can do better as the underdog.
For the first time in what seems like a long time the Capitals are a playoff underdog in their opening series against the Bruins at +190 at Bodog.ca. The Bruins will begin the opening round as a -230 favorite in the series.
The Senators are big underdogs in this series, but they could pull off a big upset if they dominate the Rangers like they did during the regular season.
At Bodog.ca the Sens are a +190 underdog in the series, while the Rangers are a -230 favorite. During the regular season Ottawa went 3-1 against New York which included a pair of wins at Madison Square Garden.
